Ryt... i am making a t-shirt with my friend and we want to splat paint on the front. what paint would be best to use? acrylic or will that not stain?

Acrylic paint does stain but it's like when you get paint of the table. It will flake off in the wash. Try fabric paint as it is designed for t-shirts and well fabric. It will also withstand the wash which is a good thing unless you want it to come off.
