I want to buy my wife an acrylic nail drill for beginners. I don't want to go too cheap or too professional because she is just starting out. What is the best drill I can get her for $30 to $60 bucks.

It's a very nice thought for you to want to buy your wife a nail drill, but I would advise caution as a nail drill in inexperienced hands can cause an awful lot of damage.
If I were you, I would look into a course for her instead to teach her how to use a nail drill safely and in the right way. Then, if she feels it is something she would like to use, she will be better informed as to which nail drill will suit her needs.
