Acrylic paints on polycarbonarte/ polypropylene?

hi all i am looking to paint graphics on my snowboarding helmet


it is made of polypropylene


there is a company that sells acylic paints for polycarbonate helmets


does anyone know if these two plastics are similar enough to use this paint on

you can buy a product called barcoat, we use it for respraying motorcycle plastics...





however; boards get abused, and the paint will wear away quite quickly unless its laquered... you can buy anti vandal laquer... and its so hard you cant even key it... mind you its 7o quid a litre...Acrylic paints on polycarbonarte/ polypropylene?
Look for ';enamel'; paints instead. Acrylic is water-based and likely to peel off, especially under stress.
